We currently offer 3 different solutions in our range, on the basis of which we design projects tailored to individual clients. The first and our flagship type of product are classic mobile homes of an above-standard level of quality, which enable the customer to make adjustments within the configurations outlined by us. The second type of product is represented by the hybrid double mobile homes, which offers up to 100 m2 of living space by combining independent units together. As third, we offer glamping tent products, which are available in three different models.

PERSONALIZED OFFER
After receiving your request, our team will prepare a personalized offer, with a list of equipment and a specification of the final fixed price.
OFFER CONFIRMATION and SIGNATURE

After confirmation of the offer and conditions from your side, a contract is signed in which all final costs (additional equipment and transport), as well as the delivery deadline and payment terms are formed.
A payment of $3,500.00 is required to confirm the reservation
The amount is refound in case of your withdrawal from the order up to 50 days before the start of production.
START OF PRODUCTION

When your house is ready for production, 50 days before the planned start of work, we will issue you a preliminary invoice for the payment of a 50% advance.
The amount of the advance payment will be secured by a bank guarantee from our side.
END OF PRODUCTION
When your house is in the final stage of production, i.e. ready for packing and ship transport, we will send you photographic evidence of the work carried out, signed transport documents and a confirmation of the reservation of a place on ship transport.
After receiving these documents, 10% of the amount will be paid.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

After receiving the funds and paying 60% of the project value, the house will be loaded and shipped to the port of loading, from where the goods will be transported by ship to the agreed port in the United States.
After confirmation of receipt of the goods from your side, payment of the remaining 40% of the project value follows.
PLACEMENT AND CONNECTION OF UNITS

Assembly and assembly of the house is very easy, as the house is brought to the installation site in 2 fully equipped and finished boxes on wheels. All that is needed is the construction of the house on point-reinforced foundations and the screwing of the modules in the designated places.
You can do the installation yourself at your own risk for your safety and the work done correctly, or have it done by our authorized representative in the US.
